You can perform a Bulk Move to quickly move Current Stock between any number of defined Locations.
From an Item’s Details page, scroll down to the Inventory Breakdown and click Bulk Move.
Once there, select a Location that you’d like to move inventory to, from one of the existing Locations listed under Move From (Locations where the Item is already in stock.)
Note: You can select at any level of Location granularity based on the Locations that have been defined; for example, you might specify that an item should have a Default Storage Location of Aisle 1 in Storage Bay 1, without specifying a Bin by default.
Next, select the quantity that you’d like to move. The UI will present a summary of the requested changes.
After you’ve reviewed the changes, click Continue.
You’ll now find updated quantities in the Inventory Breakdown that reflect the amount adjusted by the Bulk Move.
Note: Locations workflows currently require a backend flag to be enabled in order to be available for use. Reach out to your StartProto customer success engineer to discuss enabling Locations workflows if interested.
