How do I report a bug or glitch?

Report Bug or Give Feedback

At some point, users may encounter issues or problems with the app. When this happens, they need to report the bug or issue so StartProto can address it.

Reporting a bug involves providing information about the issue encountered in a timely manner. See the demonstration below.

  1. Locate your profile in the bottom left of the system navigation (displays your profile picture, name, or initial if no picture is set).

  2. Click the profile to open a popup menu.

  3. Select the "Share Feedback" option (marked with an exclamation mark icon).

In the Share Feedback window, describe the issue and submit.


​This automatically attaches relevant logs, enabling faster diagnosis of problems, including system-specific, internet-related, or edge-case issues.

💡 It is import to report information in a timely manor so the StartProto development team can see error logs from around the time the bug was reported.
